Returns & Exchanges
Not right? You have 14 days from delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. Footwear must be returned in its undamaged box, inside an outer box or mailing bag.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a returns address and reference within one working day.
- Post the item back using a tracked service. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving with us. Exchanges are subject to stock — if the size you want has sold out we'll refund you instead.
Final-sale items and worn or damaged goods cannot be returned. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
