Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on yenoto.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Yenoto Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16844551) with its registered office at 39 The Metro Centre, Dwight Road, Watford WD18 9SB ("Yenoto", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About our products

Every item we sell is brand new and 100% authentic, sourced through authorised wholesale channels. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens. Sizes shown are the brand's own sizing.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order at any point before dispatch — for example if an item is no longer available, if there was an obvious pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify your payment details. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

3. Availability

Our stock is held across our UK partner locations and availability shown on the Site is updated regularly but not in real time. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on the Site is clearly wrong we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out on our Delivery page and at checkout. Estimated times are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For deliveries outside the UK you are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details of how to return an item, the condition it must be in, and how refunds are made are in our Refund Policy and on our Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

7. Your account and information

You are responsible for keeping any account details secure and for making sure the information you give us is accurate. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The content of the Site (including text, images and design) belongs to Yenoto or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Yenoto is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands it sells unless stated.

9. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, that were not caused by us, or business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will let you know and do what we reasonably can to reduce the effect.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us through the Contact page and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there). If you are an EU consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
