Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging; footwear must be returned in its undamaged box inside outer packaging. Email us with your order number to start a return — we'll reply with a returns reference within one working day. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt. Final-sale, worn or damaged items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
